discipleship refers to the process of following Jesus Christ and helping others do the same, based on principles found in the Bible. It's rooted in Jesus' command in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20):
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them... and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.”
